OVERHAUL PROCESS
A controlled six-stage repair route.
We offer a comprehensive repair and overhaul service for both these product lines. This service includes the following steps:
The unit is tested and inspected. Results are recorded in a repair report.
After disassembly all parts are thoroughly cleaned to remove all contamination.
Inspection for worn parts and replacement of bearings, gaskets and O-rings.
Re-assembly according manufacture specifications.
Complete test including a leak test.
Packing and shipping the unit with repair report and test certificate.
